For too long I have heard politicians claim to want to “reach across the aisle” with very little success. So now is the time for us to begin using social media to personally reach across, around, and recreate the political aisles. Conversations centered on compassion, patience, and a willingness to listen with suspended judgement is what America needs to heal our deepening ideological chasm. Now is a time for connections.
